Our New Zealand Littleneck Clams are wild caught in the pure waters of the South Pacific Ocean. Also known as NZ Cockles and Vongole.
These clams are unique to New Zealand and are easily recognised by their distinctive coloured shells which can be white, green or brown to grey.
Within hours of the harvest, our fresh clams undergo stringent quality controls to ensure that only the finest clams go for processing.
Our clams have been heat-treated in their own natural juices, then snap frozen ensuring their succulent flavour is captured for you to enjoy.
Our Clams are collected from sustainable fisheries in remote bays and inlets of New Zealand’s South Island.Harvesting and processing complies with all USFDA, EU, Australia and New Zealand Food Standards.
