Water, Wholegrain Buckwheat Flour, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Plantago Psyllium, Sultanas, Currants, Coconut Milk, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Yeast, Cinnamon, Mixed Spice, Bamboo Shoot Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate.  Some dried fruit may contain sulphites though when available we use natural or organic.
