A bit about Ravens and why we love what they offer - Ravens is a coffee roaster and raw foods cafe in Denmark WA, run by Nick Raven and Leah Matek. They are one of Australia's newest coffee roasters having only been in operation since 2011.
Head roaster Nick Raven uses a small batch 5kg roaster which is located on the shop floor where customers get to see it all happening.
Beans chosen for roasting are all specialty grade, traceable from the producer and ethically traded.
